Siyadebrina Wayu Ensaro

Siyadebrina Wayu Ensaro is one of the 105 woredas in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Semien Shewa Zone, Siyadebrina Wayu Ensaro is bordered on the south and west by the Oromia Region, on the northwest by Lay Betna Tach Bet, on the north by Moretna Jiru, and on the east by Debre Berhan Zuria. Towns and cities in Siyadebrina Wayu Ensaro include Ensadeneba and Lemi.

Based on figures published by the Central Statistical Agency in 2005, this woreda has an estimated total population of 167,039, of whom 83,201 were males and 83,838 were females; 9,487 or 5.68% of its population are urban dwellers, which is less than the Zone average of 11.8%. With an estimated area of 1,181.25 square kilometers, Siyadebrina Wayu Ensaro has an estimated population density of 141.4 people per square kilometer, which is greater than the Zone average of 134.37.[1]
