[edit] The Wizard of Oz

I think it seems obvious that there's alot of symbolism from The Wizard of Oz used in this one, i.e. Lost Vegas=the Emerald City, the Golden-brick road, Buddy's disappearing... I'm just wondering if there's a citation/source for this so that we could include it into the article. DrWho42 02:50, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

There is also the final fight between Buddy and Death which has some elements in homage of a certain fight between Luke and Darth Vader, including subtle lightsabers coliding noised in the background. This again also suffers from being tricky to fight a usable citation. One source does mention Six-String Samurai being littered with elements both movies,
or
but neighter go into the detail needed to cite specific elements that were barrowed.
