Sixth Sense Theatre Company

Sixth Sense Theatre Company is an amateur touring company,founded in 1997. It is made up of from the past, present and future students of Downham Market High School in Norfolk, UK. Several former members have become graduates in Drama with theatre degrees in acting, direction and costume, and come back to tour with the company. Most of the performers are aged 15- 18 and are studying AS / A2 Level Theatre Studies or GCSE Drama at the school. The company comes together annually to tour a production - often one of the set texts from the A Level syllabus.
Sixth Sense productions have been highly influeneced by the work of Physical Theatre companies such as Complicite and DV8.
Over the last few years they have performed all over the UK, in England, Scotland, and Guernsey. In 2002 they toured Melbourne, Australia, and will be returning this year with a production of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night.

In 2006, performances were held Guernsey Grammar School, Les Beaucamps School, and an outdoor performance at Sausmarez Manor, as well as at Downham Market High School.
