Toby celebrates the confirmation of Mendoza, Josh discusses slavery reparations with a civil-rights attorney and Sam and Mallory battle over school vouchers. An arrest at a frat party attended by the President's daughter could prove explosive, as could the views of a controversial nominee for Assistant Attorney General who supports reparations for slavery.
