Hi there, just offering an explanation for putting your page on speedy delete. As you appear to have realised, personal pages are restricted to user pages only (any page that is preceded with User:). Any page about non-notable people on the wider Wikipedia space is generally frowned upon. But there's no reason why you can't stick stuff about yourself on your user page for the Wikipedia community.
