Sir William Lowther, 2nd Baronet
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Sir William Lowther, 2nd Baronet (c.1694 – 6 March 1763) was an English landowner dwelling at Swillington, the eldest son of Sir William Lowther, 1st Baronet and Hon. Annabella Maynard.
He was twice married: to Diana Condon (d. 1736) in 1719, and to Catherine Ramsden (d. 1778), daughter of Sir William Ramsden, 2nd Baronet, on 17 August 1736. However, he died without children, and left the Swillington estate to his first cousin, Rev. William Lowther.
