"Sir Psycho Sexy" is an epic song by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, from their 1991 album Blood Sugar Sex Magik. It is the sixteenth track on the album, and at an overall time of 8-and-a-quarter minutes it is the longest track by the Chili Peppers ever to appear on one of their original studio albums, the second-longest being "Deep Kick" from their 1995 album One Hot Minute, which is just over six and a half minutes.

"Sir Psycho Sexy"'s lyrics are about the fictional character of the same name telling of his crude and bizarre sexual exploits. The character is widely assumed to be an exaggerated, fantastical representation of singer Anthony Kiedis. In the song, we find out that Sir Psycho not only has had sex with a female policewoman who pulled him over, but even Eve in the Garden of Eden, before he apparently descends into a state of sexual bliss. The lyrics may well be the one of the Chilis' most explicit, perhaps even topping the notoriety gained from their song "Party On Your Pussy" (formerly "Special Secret Song Inside") a few years earlier. They are filled with both suggestive metaphors like "The tallest tree, the sweetest sap" and frank crudity such as "What's up? Now suck my dick!".

Coupled with the lyrics, the musical style of the song's first half has all the signature characteristics of the Chilis' early days - groove-laden funk rock and rapping about sex. However, the style progressively changes, by the end shifting into a drawn out, highly melodic rhythmic section before slowly fading out. The song basically sums up the whole album, even with some lyrics sounding very similar to other songs on the album (e.g. a lyric "take it away" sang in the style of the chorus of "Give It Away"). It is the symbolic closer of the album, with "They're Red Hot" being a joke outro. This effect is similar to that of The Beatles' album Abbey Road, which uses the song "The End" as the album's outro, with "Her Majesty" as a brief, sarcastic last track.

It has been suggested in the past that various aspects of the song (including length, tempo and mood-change) could be likened to a single session of sexual intercourse. In more recent interviews, both Anthony and John refused to comment on the stories, but it was noted that Flea and Chad's slightly childish behaviour and general demeanour prior to the said question could suggest there is more truth to the rumours than originally assumed.
