Sir James Anselan Maxwell Stronge, 10th Baronet (b. 17 July 1946), currently resides in the Camphill Community, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland; this is a residential centre where "adults who have difficulties arising from mental and emotional disability live and work together". He was educated by a private tutor.

He is the son of Maxwell du Pré James Stronge and grandson of Edward Owen Fortescue Stronge, a brother of the 7th Baronet.

He succeeded to the baronetcy in 1981 on the death of his second cousin Sir James Stronge.

Stronge is unmarried and has no issue.
