Sir Edward Knatchbull, 8th Baronet

Sir Edward Knatchbull, 8th Baronet (c. 1760 – 1 September 1819) was a British politician.

The son of Sir Edward Knatchbull, 7th Baronet and Grace Legge, he was educated at Christ Church College, Oxford, where he matriculated in 1777. In 1810, he received a Doctor of Civil Laws by the University of Oxford. Having been Sheriff of Kent in 1785, he succeeded to his father's baronetcy in 1789. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for Kent from 1790 to 1802 and from 1806 to 1819.

In July 1780, he married firstly, Mary Hugessen, daughter of William Western Hugessen. On 4 June 1785, Knatchbull married secondly Frances Graham, daughter of John Graham and on 13 April 1801, thirdly Mary Hawkins, daughter of Thomas Hawkins in St George's Church in London. He had one son by his first wife and one son, Edward Knatchbull, by his second wife. By his third wife he had also a son and a daughter.
