[edit] Carl Singebricks

Please do not remove Speedy Delete notices; that is considered vandalism. If admins decide to keep your article, they will remove the notice. If this article is about yourself, please move it to your User page. Otherwise, in all likelihood, it will be deleted, since it doesn't meet Wikipedia's standards. Owen× 12:01, 30 August 2005 (UTC)

That guys right you are a Wikipedia Nazi. I wrote an article about Carl Singebricks. You put up a speedy deletion thing at 22:01, 30 August 2005 because you said it was self-promotion and vanity. This is not true because I am not Carl Singebricks who was born in New York City. I live in Australia, NSW, Sydney, Concord West. Now I hope you are happy you have blocked me for 48 hours and have deleted everything on my article on Carl Singebricks. I would like to hear your response to this. Thankyou, Singie. 22:52, 2 September 2005 (UTC)

You were blocked because you refused to follow Wikipedia policies, despite several warnings. Instead of discussing your article and the Speedy Delete notice with me (or any admin), you just went and removed the Speedy Delete notice. Then you started a revert war on Concord West. The reason your Carl Singebricks article was deleted was not because I thought it was about yourself, but because it met criterion A7 of the speedy deletion policy:

An article about a real person that does not assert that person's importance or significance.

Read my note again: I said "If this article is about yourself, please move it to your User page." Whether I'm a "Wikipedia Nazi" or not, you'll find that if you keep engaging in revert wars or arbitrarily removing tags placed by others, you'd keep getting blocked and eventually kicked out of this community. If you are willing to follow our (very reasonable!) guidelines and policies, and become a contributing member, we would all welcome you here. Owen× 13:19, 2 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging Image:Concordhospital.jpg

Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Concordhospital.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL-self}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Shyam (T/C) 16:49, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Advanced Warning

I would just like to acknowledge that this user happens to be my brother and though I try to explain to him the rules of Wikipedia, I feel that he will continue to edit in the same pattern as he currently does. If he does follow that pattern, I make this note now: If he does something deserving of a block, please only block the account, not the IP. I for one, would like to continue to contribute here. If such an occassion does occur, please let me know on my talk page, and I will ensure that he does not create another account to the best of my abilities. In any case I ask that it be recognised that this is a shared PC. Many thanks, Aegwyn 10:17, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
