Former Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister: Mr S.Rajaratenam has been an inspirational leader to the young and old throughout the years of his life. A man instill us with his enriching and striking speeches and warmed our hearts by his hospitable approach. Rajaratnam never fails to end it with his trademark-a big smile.
