I don't think this page should be deleted quite yet, as I am working on building up entries on His Name Is Alive's complete discography. This was a significant release because it introduced the band to much of its American audience.

Admin comment: per WP:MUSIC, yes. See especially criterion #4. If you'd like to try it on AFD, be my guest (though you'll lose, as the closest thing to a policy for albums at this point is basically "if the band meets the inclusion criteria, then their albums are notable by virtue of being the albums of a notable band"), but it's not a speedy.
