Sinan Cetin

Sinan Cetin (born 1953) is a Turkish actor and film director and producer born in the city of Van in eastern Turkey. Cetin has produced 11 full-length films, and 3 television series. He is best known in the English-speaking world of cinema for his 1999 movie, Propaganda, a critically acclaimed comedy about post-World War II eastern Turkey. Like many of Cetin's films, he both directed and produced this movie.
