Sinan can stand for:

  1. Mimar Koca Sinan ibn Abd al-Mannan aka Sinan, or Mimar Sinan, (April 15 1489 - July 17, 1588), Turkish architect.
  2. Atik Sinan aka Sinan the Old (d. 1471), also architect, born in Byzance,
  3. Sinan ibn Thabit ibn Qurra (ca. 880 - 943 Bagdad), Arab doctor, mathematician and astronomer, and son of Thabit ibn Qurra.
  4. Ibrahim ibn Sinan ibn Thabit ibn Qurra, aka Ibrahim ibn Sinan (908 - 946 Bagdad), mathematician, and son of Sinan ibn Thabit ibn Qurra.
  5. Sinan, China is a Chinese city (思南县) in the area of Tongren in the province Guizhou.
  6. Sinan was also the head of a group called the Assassins during the crusades.
