[edit] Enemies

  • Lucas: A former mortal whose punishment for being consumed by sin was to become custodian of the box of seven deadly sins after death. His charge was to infect innocents with sin, thereby getting them to destroy themselves, and then delivering their souls to evil. Lucas possessed the ability to teleport himself and others and the power to destroy his demon couriers at will, as well as a sixth sense for detecting the sin a being was most predisposed to, and mental control over sin balls, able to levitate and direct them at will. Lucas was also the only being with the power to remove a sin from a being once they were infected. Vanquishing Lucas removed all sins from those infected, a feat a prideful Prue Halliwell and her sisters accomplished by infecting Lucas with several sins at once and toppling him into the Bottomless Pit of Everlasting Torment.

Artist: Orgy
Song: Opticon

[edit] Trivia/Goofs

  • This episode's title is a play on words to city San Francisco, which is where the series is supposed to take place, and the Seven Deadly Sins.
  • The band Orgy performs their song, "Opticon" from their 2001 album "Vapor Transmission" at P³.
  • When we first see Prue's wound, it's pretty big, and there is blood running all down her arm. Yet when she gets to the manor, you can see just a little blood spot on her sleeve. Then when she has her jacket off, you can't see it at all and there's no mention of it again.
  • When Prue falls into the pit, Piper freezes the demon, but as she and Phoebe walk past him, the belt strap of his leather jacket blows in the wind.
  • Phoebe is once again infected with lust in Gone with the Witches.
  • It is mentioned that you are infected with the sin that you have been predisposed to. Therefore, Piper was infected with Gluttony, as she was over-compensating for Leo (making him sushi, thinking of buying him clothes), Prue was infected by Pride as she was determined to open the Box of Sins without researching it and scrying for random evil (thought she could handle both situations without being cautious or doing normal research), Phoebe was infected by Lust as her relationship with Cole was rather sexual at that moment (she was worried if Cole loved her or if he just wanted to sleep with her) and Leo was infected with Sloth. It is unclear how Leo was predisposed to laziness, however if he was being overly pampered by Piper, he probably would have been more lazy than usual. The police officer was infected with Anger/Wrath as he was angry with Phoebe, for having him suspended. It is unknown how the businessman was infected with Greed, as he had just given a lot of money to charity. It seems like the opposite of his likely sin. His greediness must have been off-screen.
  • The Sin of Greed is also mentioned in the season 1 episode, Feats of Clay, where Phoebe's boyfriend, Clay gets rid of the sin by being selfless after protecting Phoebe from a demon.
  • It is discovered that thev only way to remove their sins is to commit a selfless act. Phoebe jumps on the angry policemen to stop him shooting Piper, Piper tells Leo to save her sisters before her, Leo rushes to help Piper instead of being lazy. Prue's pride is only taken away after Lukas dies, this is because all her selfless acts where to feed her ego and made her even more proud of herself.
  • At the beginning of this episode when Phoebe and Prue are battling the demon(trying to save the buisnessman) Prue moves the box away from the demon, and it goes all the way to the edge of the sidewalk. When the buisnessman(infected with Greed) went to get the box it lying in the middle of the street, not against the curb.
