Image:Singular perturbation convergence.jpg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

[edit] Summary

A demonstration of convergence of singular perturbation solutions. Shows solutions to

\epsilon y'' + (1+\epsilon) y' + y = 0,\,

with y(0) = 0, y(1) = 1, for varying ε. I plotted it in Octave and then hand-edited the EPS file and converted to JPG. Roy W. Wright 02:46, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
