The Simpson County School District is a public school district based in Mendenhall, Mississippi (USA). The district's boundaries parallel that of Simpson County.

There were a total of 4,253 students enrolled in the Simpson County School District during the 2005-2006 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 48% female and 52% male. The racial makeup of the district was 52% African American, 47% White, 1% Hispanic, and less than 1% Asian and Native American.[1]
