Simon Storey (born June 5, 1982) is an Australian football (soccer) player who currently plays as a left full back who has just been released from Melbourne Victory in the A-League. Simon Storey was one of many surprises to enter the Melbourne Victory squad, after his previous history recently stemmed back to his old club Springvale City in Provisional League 2 the 6th tier competition in Victoria.
Although seemingly weak as a player, his talent has grown throughout the two years at the club and is now a starting regular at right wing back position in the 2006/07 season. Storey, a former South Melbourne player in the National Soccer League was signed to be a part of the inaugural Melbourne squad for season 2005/06.
