Simon Cusden

Simon Mark James Cusden (born February 21, 1985) is an English cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm fast bowler.

Born in Thanet, Cusden plays for Derbyshire, having been released by Kent at the end of the 2006 season. He represented England Under-19's touring Australia in 2002/2003. He was given his first appearance for Kent in 2004 against Lancashire and with his first ball bowled, dismissed Mal Loye.

In the Under-19s test against Bangladesh in July 2004, Cusden claimed four wickets and was top wicket taker in the test and one day series.
