Simcoe County Road 39 or 20th Sideroad is a north-soute tertiary route mainly in Innisfil, Ontario. 20th Sideroad is being referred to as Simcoe County Road 39 from Shores Acres Road, to Innisfil Beach Road. The road is just west of Cook's Bay, the southern end of Lake Simcoe.
The road is parallel with Highway 11/Yonge Street and runs through agricultural or wood lots along the entire route.
A Canadian National Railway line travels along the east side of the road and crosses over at 8th Line.
20th Sideroad's southern terminus is Holland Marsh Provincial Wildlife Area, where it is still a gravel road. The roads is interrupted shortly at Line 12. The road later worked its way into Innisfil. When the road reaches to Simcoe County Road 89 or Shores Acres Road, the road is paved. Traffic also increases. This lasts until Simcoe County Road 21 or Innisfil Beach Road, where the road loses its Simcoe County Road status. 20th Sideroad continue its way up to Kempenfelt Bay.
