The Silverburn Website call the complex a Regional Centre. So given this should the article really be called Silverburn Regional Centre? Stewart 21:39, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

I don't normally add big banners to pages, but I know almost nothing about this topic, so can't really edit it myself without just trimming it down to almost nothing. But statements like "Council Leader Charles Gordon, whose political carreer was characterised by ignoring the concerns of surrounding areas and behaving in a dictatorial fashion" and "the Silverburn project is arguably unnecessary" have no place in wikipedia.
