I don't find this addition too believable. Is the only thing you're going on the conch as the Gas station sign? Cause I think when I wrote the conch shell part, it might have been a snail shell instead. --Thaddius
- I have removed this reference since I went back through the game and discovered that the 'conch' that I labelled earlier is actually a snail-shell. --thaddius
[edit] Removal of the "full plot"
The current plot is untrue... it's also very messy. I'm going to remove it, there are so many different theories of how the plot really goes there can't be just one "full" theory, and there's too many theories to put them all down. If someone disagrees and thinks the plot should stay, please state why, keep in mind that you thinking this plot theory is correct is not a valid reason. Code E 05:46, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

- I looked into it and some of that info was revealed in the Boy Scenario in the Silent Hill Play Novel for GBA. But it still shouldn't be there. --Thaddius 16:38, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

Someone keeps changing the name Audry Jr. to Audry II in the pop culture references section. In the original Little Shop of Horrors the plant is called Audrey Jr. The sign in Silent Hill also says Audrey Jr. Please stop changing it. --Thaddius 16:08, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

Someone keeps changing the endings senction to say that one of the game's endings is the 'official' one acording to Konami. Post the reputable link with the article where you're getting this info and we'll review it, otherwise, stop posting it. --Thaddius 12:59, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
It's definately oneof the good endings (as it has to lead on to SH3), but I couldn't say which one. Another thing about endings: I watched them on YouTube, and the descriptions here for the good endings seem quite off. There's no mention of the Nurse or anything, and I don't remember him turning to camera thinking 'this isn't right'! --JaffaCakeLover 31:39, 2 September 2006 (GMT)
Ah, you're right there is no mention of Lisa grabbing ahold of Kauffman, I'll add that in a minute. As for Harry's thoughts I guess it probably shouldn't be there. He definally does look around, looking rather confused but it doesn't nessesarily mean he's thinking "this isn't right". That comment makes it seem like it's the wrong ending, but as far as I'm aware there is no true ending. I too have read about one of the endings being "confirmed" in Silent Hill 3, but I also heard there were many loose ends that didn't truly confirm it. But, Having not played Sh3 yet I wouldn't know for sure. Code E 23:44, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
- Having done further reading you're right JaffaCakeLover, won't say the reasons why on this talk page as it's a spoiler to SH3, but they do have good reason for adding that it is the "official" ending Thaddius. Code E 00:20, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
- Konami themselves have stated that there is no 'official' ending and that each ending is it's own unique story arc. For that reason there is no 'official' endings because they all are 'official'. When I added the endings I had Lisa in there but someone seems to have removed it at some point. No idea why. --Thaddius 17:53, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

Don't be ridiculous, that's was not my IP when I deleted it! Do not make such accusations! Anyways, the reason I deleted SOME PARTS of the TRIVIA section was because that same trivia was in every Silent Hill article, nobody wants the same info, so I thought it would go better on the main Silent Hill page. --FlareNUKE 07:05, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry of accusing you, but you were known to have been deleting things all over. I realized after I posted all that that I might have been wrong. The random IP guy left everything disjointed. The fact reamins though that you did delete stuff here without discussing it or justifying it. I'm wondering if we can get a detailed explaination of the Silent Hill: Play Novel as so far the description only mentions the Sping Boy Scenario and that you can 'use' Cybil in the game. I'm aware that it retells the original game and that it has a story for Cybil, which was supposed to be in the original game, but was scrapped before release, and that there are 4 scenarios for Andy, but I know no specific details.
