[edit] Requirements
As of 2005, the requirements are:
- The Girl Scout Silver Leadership Award Charm, which requires three interest projects and 15 hours of leadership experience.
- The Girl Scout Silver Career Award Charm.
- The Girl Scout Silver 4Bs Challenge Charm, which consists of setting self-improvement goals and also identifying important community problems and solutions.
Once these initial requirements are completed, the final stage consists of a forty-hour service project that can be done inside or outside of Girl Scouting.
