Silke Kraushaar-Pielach (born October 10, 1970 in Sonneberg) is a German luger.
At the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano she won gold in the women's singles event, at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City she won bronze. She also competed at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy, where Kraushaar won silver in the women's singles event.
Kraushaar won the World Championships in 2004, and the European championships in 1998, 2004 and 2006. She married on July 7, 2006 in Germany. She has also won the overall World Cup four times.
