Siliştea is a commune in Constanţa County, Romania.
The commune includes two villages:
- Siliştea (historical name: Taşpunor, Turkish: Taşpınar)
- Ţepeş Vodă (historical names: Chiorcişme, Chior-Cişmea, Turkish: Körçeşme) - named after Vlad III the Impaler (Vlad Ţepeş in the common Romanian reference)
