Sileshi Sihine (born January 29, 1983 in Sheno) is an Ethiopian long-distance athlete. He began running at school, inspired by the achievements of Haile Gebrselassie, and after success at junior level he emerged as a leading senior athlete in 2003. He achieved a silver medal in the 10,000 m at the 2004 Athens Olympics. He is now largely based in Nijmegen, Netherlands.
