Sikander Baloch a Journalist/Columnist and News Caster of

KTN(Kawish Television Netwrok) of Pakistan. KTN Broadcasting is the first Sindhi Satellite TV channel, and most popular and sighted over the 88countries around the world. Focus of KTN is Hourly News Bulletins, Current Affairs Program and other entertainments also with drama, music, and talk shows. KTN is running its forgein from last three years at Shin Satellite Teleport and DTH Center Pathum Thani Thailand

Media, whether it’s print, electronic or otherwise, has always remained under the influence of State in Pakistan. Under such scenario where freedom of media was discouraged, unless it voices the State’s version, emergence of new regional channels and electronic media defied this trend and provided an opening to the people to witness true picture of the society and thus it heralded a new era of professional journalism.
