[edit] UserBoxes
In response to your question about UserBoxes, I don't know the answer, but you might try checking at Wikipedia:Help desk. --TommyBoy 14:09, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
If that does not work, you might try contacting an administrator, one of them could probably assist you better than me. --TommyBoy 14:17, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- The problem you are seeing is due to the default alignment from the {{Userboxtop}} template being right aligned. You may change this by specifying a different alignment. To do this you will need to add another parameter to each template defining the align parameter. Thus the first call to the template on your home page would need to change from {{Userboxtop|My Life}} to {{Userboxtop|align=left|My Life}}. Similar changes will be needed on all other calls to the template if you wish all your userboxes to be left aligned. --Allen3 talk 12:32, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Links to userpage in articles
Hello,
Articles shouldn't have a link to a userpage to requrest more information; instead, the article itself should provide as much information as possible. I've removed the links from the articles Anno 1602 and Anno 1503. Thanks, Simeon87 13:51, 9 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Just Curious
Usually the only thing required to join a project is a willingness to work in a cooperative manner with other members of the project. Looking at your edit history it appears the project you are interested in is Wikipedia:WikiProject Aircraft. This project has a list of ways to help the project listed in their "How you can help" section, so all that should be needed is to read the section and jump right in. You may additionally wish to participate in discussions on the groups talk page or subpages. --Allen3 talk 23:49, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Altimeter and Speed
I'm not sure I can help because I don't know how to explain to you, in fact I'm a few years younger than you. I am really really sorry. Also because my flight simulator is center around the F-18 and so I use a HUD. :( - JJ 16:20, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
Sorry, I can't help because I haven't used that flight simulator. In fact I haven't used any simulator since 1995 when I got unlimited access to the real thing :-) . If you want information on how to land you should go to your local airport and take a couple flight lessons, and also purchase a copy of the Pilot Operating Handbook (POH) for the particular aircraft you want to land. For info on local flight lessons, and a coupon good for a discount on your first lesson, see www.beapilot.com —SaxTeacher (talk) 15:46, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
