The Sigma Beta Tau Fraternity, otherwise known as the Brotherhood of Student Titans, is a fraternity of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Manila, Philippines.

[edit] History
Four medical students established the Sigma Beta Tau Fraternity on October 1, 1967 with Dr. Jimmy Benitez, Dr. Felipe Salvador, Dr. Miguel de Castro and Dr. Rene Jallorina as founders. The Titans was envisioned as a different fraternity, a fraternity that would go for academic excellence through brotherhood, a brotherhood that will be based on values and noble aims. Currently, the fraternity has more than 700 members here and abroad.

We, the members of the Sigma Beta Tau Phi of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Santo Tomas, desirous of developing profound and closer ties among its members, bringing into clearer perspective, its members' ability to perceive, react and participate in all its undertakings, which shall benefit the general studentry. And for these ends, practicing tolerance and living together in peace as good brothers willing to maintain a binding force of security, do ordain and promulgate this constitution.

The medical, surgical and dental missions are held every summer, semestral and Christmas breaks around the Philippines.

This organization was established for charitable, educational and scientific pursuits of the fraternity.

The organization was established to primarily promote fellowship and brotherhood among its members and to contribute to the propagation and advancement of the original organization of the Sigma Beta Tau Phi of UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.
