Sierra Atlantic is an American company that operates in the field of offshoring enterprise applications and outsourced product development. Formed in 1993, it is one of the largest technology companies in the city of Hyderabad, India.

They provide Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, and Siebel services.

The company's CEO and founder is Virginia Tech alumni, Raju Reddy.
