Sidney Hayers

Sidney Hayers (b. August 24, 1921 in Edinburgh, Scotland, d. February 8, 2000 in Altea, Spain) was a British film and television director.
Among his most acclaimed films were Circus of Horrors (1960) and the occult thriller Night of the Eagle (1962). In British TV, his credits included The Persuaders! and The New Avengers; he later directed several American TV shows, including episodes of Magnum, P.I., The A-Team, Knight Rider, T.J. Hooker and Baywatch.
He died of cancer in 2000, survived by his wife, the actress Erika Remberg.
