"Sick and Tired" is a pop song written by American singer-songwriter Anastacia, and producers Dallas Austin, and Glen Ballard for her third studio album Anastacia (2004).The inventive piece mixes around with pop soul and rock, as well as eastern languages. It was released as the album's second single on July 19, 2004 (see 2004 in music) and received a mixed reception from music critics. The song reached number one in Spain and on the World Singles Official Top 100 Sales and Airplay charts, while it entered the top five on the majority of all other charts it appeared on.

Shot in Los Angeles USA on May 25th 2004, the music video for "Sick and Tired" was her first that was directed by Phillip Stölzl.

When the video begins, Anastacia is shown applying for a role and she introduces herself as Sara Forest and she plays Holly in the film she auditioning for. Throughout the video, Anastacia is performing the song in a small room with her band. In between you can see black-and-white scenes from the rehearsal in which their relationship is the base. At first they fall in love, but after many dates, the boyfriend hits her, they split up and she wants him to leave.

The line sung by the male singer is in the Punjabi language. It means 'I gave my heart to someone who doesn't care at all'. [1]. The line sung is 'Dil La Liya Be-parvah dey naal'.
