"Sibling Bonds" is an episode of the Disney Channel TV Series Lizzie McGuire.
[edit] Plot/Summary
The episode begins with Matt performing magic tricks which annoys Lizzie who is doing homework. The two end up arguing.
The next day Lizzie tells this to Miranda and they bump into Ethan Craft and as usual Lizzie is speechless infront of him. They then enter class where Mr. Hudensky tells his students that there will be a charity drive where a mini-golf tournament is taking place. Gordo instantly wants to be the commentator for it. Lizzie isn't too interested until Ethan decides he wants to play in the tournament and she bursts out that she will bake cookies leaving her no choice but to attend and make her promise.
When Lizzie arrives home, Matt begins to annoy Lizzie with his magic tricks once again. He handcuffs himself to Lizzie and he accidentally loses the key. Jo finds it and keeps it and decides to not tell them in order to teach them a lesson of getting along with each other.
Lizzie has no choice but to go to the charity drive handcuffed to her brother and Sam promises to "find" the key and deliver it to them later. Due to the handcuffs, Lizzie ends up in non-stop embarrassment trying to hide Matt while talking to Ethan and Mr. Hudensky.
Jo is one of the check-out workers and rings Sam to tell him he can have the house to himself. He has the time of his life, watching a football match, eating pizza and ends up falling asleep.
Lizzie and Matt are playing on Dance Dance Revolution when Matt spots the boy who bullies him at school he is determined to go outside and watch the mini-golf tournament. However once they're outside, the bully begins throwing paper balls at him and Lizzie and she learns that Matt is being bullied by him. A musical montage then takes place showing the rounds of the golf-tournament.
Gordo is bored of commentating and decides to spice it up a little by saying thing's like King Tut's mummy is attacking people and that an alien invasion is taking place. He then walks off to get some nachos.
Meanwhile, Matt's bully causes Lizzie and Matt to trip over. Lizzie gets frustrated and begins to bad-mouth him which causes him to run away in fear.
Matt and Lizzie begin to get along and start apologising to each other. Kate appears and begins to torment Lizzie about her missing Ethan's hole-in-one. Matt gives her a tin of macadanian nuts which happens to be a prank which causes Kate to fall into a nearby lake.
Sam arrives and throws the key to Lizzie and Matt and they finally free each other. Ethan then arrives asking Lizzie is she would like to hang-out with him and his friends. Lizzie is about to accept but she sees Matt being bullied by the same boy again so she rejects Ethan's offer and bad-mouth's him again.
The last scene shows Matt's bully hand-cuffed to a statue and is screaming for help.

- This episode doesn't feature any of Matt's friends.
- The boy who bullies Matt can be seen in a montage in another episode.
