This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Lightdarkness) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution still of a film;
it is a promotional image released to illustrate the main plot conflict.
it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way;
it allows for identification of the main plot in the episode: Stewie vs Bertram
it illustrates the film in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
