[edit] Citation needed for Oxford University claim

Given that Lloyd studied Celtic Studies at Cardiff, it is unclear to me which meteorology course she might have dropped out of at Oxford. A Department of Continuing Education one? It is unlikely that Lloyd was ever an undergraduate at Oxford and there doesn't seem to be an obvious postgraduate course that she might have done there.
