In the 1960s television series Get Smart bumbling KAOS agent Starker (pronounced "Shtarker" meaning "stronger" in German) is Siegfried's sidekick. He was named in the credits as "Starker." He was portrayed by actor King Moody.

In his youth Starker was the all-time track star of the Third Reich.

Siegfried (who spoke with an exaggerated German accent) pronounced his name "Schtagger." In at least one episode, Agent 99 refers to him as "Starker."
