[edit] I am adding to this article.

Being a devotee of Lord "Shrinathji", I thought of having an article "Shrinathji" on Wikipedia. It was already existing as a stub. I admit, I have no ability to make an encyclopedic article on "Shrinathji". It's my love for "Shrinathji" - my most revered personal form of God make me contribute to this article.

This article is in making from stub. Editors and Admins pl. bear with me till others help me to improve this article.

If, I can help in improving this article, I shall consider myself to be most fortunate and blessed.

I seek the blessings of Lord Shrinathji.

Hello Swadhyayee, I look forward to improving this page in future. I have removed some details you added as they were not exactly what I'd describe as encyclopedic. I'm assuming you were caught in a moment of devotional excitement. Hare Krishna, ys, GourangaUK 15:28, 21 November 2006 (UTC):-)
Hello again Swadhyayee, following your message on my talk page - If you had spoken the edits you made to this article to me in a conversation then I would have thought it fine, but obviously to write something for an article in an english language encyclopedia is something very different. People are donating money for this article to be in existance. Do you know of any sources regarding the facts of Shrinathji the deity, or the specific history of the temple? Darshan details are similar across many temples in India - what is specific about Shrinathji temple imparticular? Best Wishes, ys, Gouranga(UK) 11:10, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Given or sold

Is the Prasad given or sold, the article seems to have an error in that line. --Calidore Chase 14:59, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

The salary to the employees is paid in kind (Prasad). The employees have to encash the Prasad. The employees sale it to shop keepers and visitors. Shop-keepers in turn, sale it to visitors in small quantity (part of a pc. of sweet or small portion of eatables). Those who offer to Shrinathji, get a receipt and proportionate quantity of Prasad is given against submission of receipt. swadhyayee 15:05, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
