Shrewsbury Abbey (railway station)

Shrewsbury Abbey is the name of the small railway station, and later depot, which was opposite Shrewsbury Abbey and was a terminus of the Shropshire and Montgomeryshire Railway. The site is now occupied by a surface car park, although a station building and platform remain. There are currently plans to restore the station as a tourist information centre and possibly a cafe.
