The Showboat Hotel & Casino is a New Orleans themed casino in Atlantic City. The casino is owned by Harrah's Entertainment. It is the last casino (lined up) on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.

A new, 544-room, $90 million hotel tower opened in May 2003.

Deluxe Room

The Bourbon Tower and Orleans Tower Deluxe Room offers one King or two Queen beds. Features include TV with Pay-Per-View movies, clock radio and private voice mail.


Orleans Tower Room

The Orleans Tower are the standard rooms in the resort. They include:

House of Blues Suite

Rock star style rooms with king-sized beds and multi-jet spray glass enclosed shower.

The rooms include a 360° conversation zone, a 42" plasma screen and wireless internet access. Room service from the House of Blues restaurant is available.

The room includes VIP entry at the Foundation Room and Club Worship. And, you could pass the line if you have tickets for a show.


Super Suite

A 1,650 sq. ft. suite. It includes a raised living room with plush furnishings and custom designed fabrics in pleasingly soft hues of cream and copper. Flooring is a blend of plush carpeting, imported marble and ceramic tile. The living area is set off by a wrought iron border.

The main bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, pop-up television and a spacious bath with a separate dressing area, shower area and Jacuzzi. The wrap-around balcony offers a view of the ocean and Boardwalk.

Super suites offer a private dining area that seats six. Other suite amenities include an entertainment center set in special acoustic wall panels, a marble wet-bar stocked with your beverages and a gas fireplace.

House of Blues

The home for live music and southern-inspired cuisine, that celebrates African-American culture, specifically blues music and folk art. The House of Blues Atlantic City opened in 2005.


Club Worship

An exclusive nightclub with a dance floor, VIP seating, exclusive European bottle service and professionally trained VIP staff.


Masque Bar

Themain bar of the entire resort, located in the Hotel Lobby.


12BAR

A cocktail lounge with table top machines. The 12BAR is located on the casino floor.


Foundation Room

Foundation Room Lounge is a unique synthesis of luxury and vibrant energy. Velvet seating adorned in colorful jewel-tones, global art and architectural artifacts, an extensive wine list, premium bar selections and music and entertainment.

  • There are four Prayer Rooms. The Shiva and Buddha rooms feature Asian artifacts and statues wit hand-carved wall mountings and doors. The Ganesh room features a Hindu alter and East Indian artifacts. The Oba room is the first African-styled Prayer room, and includes statues, ceremonial masks and walls adorned with mud-cloths from Mali. Each Prayer Room can be used as an exclusive ‘hang out’ or private dining space for approximately 8 guests.
  • The dining room offers food from the American south, which are blended with the exciting flavors of the Pacific Rim. Exotic, tantalizing and unique culinary offerings are complemented by the eclectic setting of 19th century French carved mahogany, Oriental carpets and intimate booths.
  • The Durga is a private dining room available for 12-15 guests that is adorned with mahogany walls and East-Indian decor.
