[edit] Awards and recognition
Shore Regional High School was the 94th-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 316 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2006 cover story on the state's Top Public High Schools[1].
[edit] Budget Problems
The Shore Regional school district has been plagued with budget problems in the recent years. The budget for the 2006-2007 school year was turned down by two of the sending districts and as a result failed to pass. The proposed budget included mass renovations of the building, sports fields, and expansion of the school's parking lot.
