Shokawa, Gifu

Shōkawa (荘川村; -mura) was a village located in Ōno District, Gifu, Japan. On February 1, 2005 the village merged with most of the other villages and towns from Ono District into the expanded city of Takayama.

As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 1,359 and a density of 4.20 persons per km². The total area was 323.28 km².
