Shogun's Samurai (柳生一族の陰謀 Yagu ichizoku no inbo?) (aka Yagyu Clan Conspiracy) is a 1978 Japanese historical martial arts period film, directed by Kinji Fukasaku. The film is one of a series of period films by Fukasaku starring Sonny Chiba.
The film received five nominations for 'Award of the Japanese Academy' for best actor, best art direction, best film, best screenplay and best supporting actor.[1]
