Lebanese town located between Baalbeck and Zahleh. Its population is over 2000, and is of Shi'a Muslim majority. It is part of the Bekaa province in eastern Lebanon. From 1955 until 1995, President Hussein el-Husseini was the mayor of Shmustar.
