[edit] Dawn of Time

Events in the Konquest Mode of Armaggedon suggest that Shinnok tried conquering Earthrelm not at he dawn of time but probably during Shao Khan's reign. 63.231.129.175 17:48, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Can someone add his image from MK Armageddon please? 152.163.100.8 17:30, 18 March 2006 (UTC)

Until a rander is released of him specifically, that probably won't happen. Shadaloo 08:39, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

  • I've been editing a few kombatants from the roster render into individual renders, Shinnok included. I've been placing them as thumbnails with "(Character)'s apparent appearance for Mortal Kombat: Armageddon." since it's an unreleased video game, but someone placed it as his main portrait and removed the thumbnail. I don't really mind, defeats the purpose of consistency, though. Goroliath

[edit] Onaga under "enemies"

Why is Onaga listed as an enemy of Shinnok? The two have never come in contact in the MK storyline, as far as I know. Jeff Silvers 21:40, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

You're right. I removed it. ---SilentRAGE! 03:47, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Shinnok/Yama?

Is there any justification for the claim that the character of Shinnok is derived from the Chinese god of the underworld, Yanluo Wang? Or is that just speculation? RandomCritic 00:19, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Shinnok's Race

The page notes that Shinnok's race is "fallen Elder God", shouldn't his race just be "Elder God"?

The new Armageddon bios are now referring to him as being a "fallen Elder God" quite frequently now, so I believe this is accurate. Also, it seems that one can "lose" the status of being an Elder God, hence Raiden renouncing the position. Whether that makes Shinnok a normal God now, I cannot say, but this seems right for now. MarphyBlack 23:56, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

Hmmm... I guess I can buy that... granted Raiden was a regular god granted the position of an elder god, while i believe Shinnok was an elder god at his creation/birth, and I don't think being deprived of his title as an elder god offically changed shinnok's race, but that would be original research, so I won't change it. [edit] Transformation

Should the monstorous form Shinnok takes for the final boss battle in Mythologies be mentioned? BassxForte 07:28, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
