Shiro Amano (天野 シロ Amano Shiro?, born January 4, 1976) is a Japanese illustrator and author who has worked on several projects, including his adaption on the popular Kingdom Hearts series.

The Kingdom Hearts manga series was licensed in North America by Tokyopop with a rating of "A" for all ages, and a classification of "Fantasy" starting in volume four of the first series. The series has sold a large number of copies; volume 4 of the series was on the most-sold book list. The first four volumes can now be purchased in a special collectors edition box. The first and second volumes of the Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories manga series is currently available to buy. The Kingdom Hearts II manga series began serialization in the July issue of monthly Japanese manga magazine, GANGAN.
