Shirley Blumberg, B.Arch, OAA, FRAIC, Assoc. AIA (born 1949/1950) is a Canadian architect and partner in the firm Kuwabara, Payne, McKenna and Blumberg (formed in 1987).

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, she studied architecture at the University of Toronto and graduated in 1976.
