Shirley, Squirrely and Melvin is an LP of R&B standards. It is a collaboration between The Chipmunks and Shirley & Squirrely. Purporting to be a "live album" by the "group", it is actually a studio recording. It was released in January 1981 (see 1981 in music).

[edit] Miscellanea
This album actually consists entirely of unfinished vocal tracks from the sessions of the previous Shirley & Squirrely album combined with outtakes from the sessions of the Chipmunks albums Chipmunk Punk and Urban Chipmunk.
The album's last track, "Love Lives On", has since become a cult favorite on many Los Angeles-area R&B radio stations.
