The Shire of Lake Grace is a Local Government Area of Western Australia based in the town of Lake Grace ( ; post code: 6353), located in the western part of the shire. It covers an area of about 10,400 km² in the Eastern Wheatbelt region of Western Australia about 350km east-south-east of the capital, Perth. It has a population of 1,530 (ABS 2001).

In 1922, the Lake Grace Road Board was gazetted. On 1 July 1961, it became the Shire Council following changes to the Local Government Act.[1]
