Shiphay Manor is a former manor house in Torquay, Devon, England.

Originally erected in around 1665, the manor was sold to William Kitson of Painford in 1740, and then torn down and rebuilt in 1884.[1]

Shiphay Manor is currently owned by Torquay Grammar School for Girls. A large room on the ground floor is used as a Lower Sixth common room, shared with Torquay Boys' Grammar School.

The building is also used to teach Psychology to students of both Torquay Boys' Grammar School and Torquay Grammar School for Girls Sixth Forms.
