Bester returns to Babylon 5 and proposes an unlikely alliance.
[edit] Arc significance
- Shadow vessels are vulnerable to telepaths.
- The Shadows have been using human telepaths as central processing units for their ships to combat this weakness.
- Bester's love is one of the telepaths given to the Shadows, giving him a reason to temporarily side with Babylon 5.
- The Shadow implants in the rescued telepaths make them dangerous, uncontrollable and hazardous to any nearby computer system, a fact that will come in handy during the fight to overthrow President Clark.
- At the end of the episode, the Shadows begin to attack openly.
- The ISN news network comes back online, this time as a propaganda mouthpiece of President Clark.
